This is a daily planner. You will use this sheet once a day!
There are 11 types of functionality in the input fields:
3) GM / GN
7) TIME 1
8) TIME 2
In the "DATE" field you will insert the date with your favorite format:
In the "EVENT" field you will insert the main topic of the study day:
- School events
I also advise you to follow this rule "If you can't think of anything, leave it blank and write if something happens!"
"GM" is the acronym of "Good Morning". Make sure to check the time you wake up in the morning and fill this field with the correct time.
♡ Color the heart after drinking a glass of water after waking up.
"GN" is the acronym of "Good Night". Make sure to check the time you go to sleep and fill this field with the correct time.
♡ Color the heart after drinking a glass of water before going to sleep.
If you forget to write these times, but remember them, it's a good idea to write them the next morning. Sleep time management is very important!
In the "D-DAY" field you will insert how many days are left until the deadline.
For example, if the "intermediate test" is 25 days away, write "D-25".
In the "AIM" field you will insert what you want to accomplish today and what you absolutely want to do:
- Long-term goal
- Medium-term goal
- Short-term goals
In the "TODO" field you will write what you need to do in the study day.
♡ For each entry, there is a heart checkbox to see if you have done what you need to do.
For example, you were planning to study 4 pages, but you only managed to study 2 pages, you will only color half the heart!
The vertical axis indicates the time. It is used a time scale from 4:00 to 3:00, allowing you to record 24 hours, therefore usable by morning or night people. The horizontal axis indicates the minutes. Each block corresponds to 5 minutes for a total of 12 blocks = 60 minutes (1 hour).
After studying fill the blocks every time. You can change the color for each different lesson or topic of your study!
Record how much you have studied for each lesson or topic, indicating the total time. There are 6 blocks in the horizontal direction. The vertical direction is the time spent studying. There is a block every 60 minutes so you can record up to 360 minutes.
For example, after studying for 60 minutes, fill the colors up to the "60" block.
In the "TOTAL" field you will write the total study time per day.
For example, after studying for 340 minutes, 5 hours and 60 minutes, write "5H 60M".
In the "MEMO" field you will take note of what you noticed after studying and what you want to keep:
- Deadline for assignment
- Scope of the test, date
- What did I leave behind
- What you could and couldn't do
- Quotes or impressions
If you can't finish everything you wrote on TODO, write it here and in the TODO list of the planner for the next day!
Your study day is evaluated on a five-heart scale. Color your hearts as much as you feel satisfied:

♥︎ ♥︎ : good
♥︎ ♥︎ ♥︎ : very good
♥︎ ♥︎ ♥︎ ♥︎ : extremely good
♥︎ ♥︎ ♥︎ ♥︎ ♥︎ : excellent
To save ink, print in black and white, and use colored sheets to diversify your study weeks!
Keep all your daily planners and put them in a ring binder notebook. Compare each filled planner with the previous week's planner getting a large-scale evaluation!
I think many people are busy and never find time to study. I created this special format just for those who can't fit the study between the various activities of the week.
This model of weekly planner is called "time circle" and is the best planner to save time.
This planner is divided in to 24 hours (12 AM and 12 PM), and will be more effective if you complete it in the following three steps:
1) Enter what you need to do in the week
2) Enter what you need to do in the month
3) Enter what you need to do in the weekend
1) ENTER WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IN A WEEK
Usually some activities are always carried out by you in the same amount of time, in fact, as regards things related to daily life, it is often impossible to eliminate them, so first of all you will fill the planner with your priorities:
Study / Work
Activities / Sports / Relax
Establish your color rules in relation to the various categories of activities and analyze which category you are spending most of your time on!
2) ENTER WHAT CHANGES IN THE MONTH
Fill the "memo" circle space on the center with your monthly activities.
For example, if you go to the market once or twice in a month, fill the center of the circle with this monthly activity.
3) ENTER WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IN THE WEEKEND
Use the box on the left to insert your weekend activities!
Remember to use the same color for the study activity in all the planner! Use the box to the right to insert your weekly notes!
To save ink, print in black and white and use colored sheets!
