• If you need to pay via Bank Transfer just contact me at selenedew@gmail.com. I can accept Sepa Transfer (within the EU). In this case the transfer fee is to the customer.

• The whole shipping procedure starts when I receive your payment. Inside the package you will find your receipt. I will also send you the digital receipt to your email address.

• I remind you that all the items available in my online shop have been hand made during my free time. My principal source of income does not come from these sales, therefore the profits made are taxable following the Italian rules of the hobbyists/creatives without a merchants VAT number.
